How it works

Senders describe the item, its size, value, and destination and add the recipient's details. Travelers list an upcoming international trip and the space they have.

Browse and match with the other side. Once both confirm, payment is secured and the sender gets the package to the traveler at least 48 hours before departure.

A unique 5-digit delivery code is generated. The sender shares all of it with the recipient; the traveler only ever sees the first two digits.

The traveler inspects and accepts the item, then carries it with the request status updating live from accepted, to in transit, to delivered.

At the destination, the recipient gives the traveler the full code. The traveler enters it and the platform verifies the handover instantly.

The request closes as delivered. If no dispute is raised within 24 hours, the traveler is paid automatically.
